What is your check-in policy?

The Benchmark Inn is a contactless check-in hotel. Upon final payment of your reservation, you will receive an email that includes a link to complete contactless check-in. Follow the instructions and you will receive a passcode to access the front and back doors as well as your guest suite.

Do you allow same-day reservations?

Yes. Our online system does not accept same-day bookings, but we are happy to help if a room is available. Call or text 859-904-9046 and we will get you checked in right away.

What time is check-in?

Your private contactless check-in code becomes active at 3:00 PM on your day of arrival. Because The Benchmark Inn is a contactless facility, we recommend completing the check-in process before 9:00 PM so assistance is available if needed.

What is your check-out policy?

Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Do you allow late arrivals?

Late arrivals after 9:00 PM require advance notification and arrangements. Because The Benchmark Inn is a contactless facility, please complete check-in before 9:00 PM whenever possible so assistance is available if needed.

Where is The Benchmark Inn located within Augusta, Kentucky?

The Benchmark Inn is located at 103 West 2nd Street, Augusta, KY. We are about 150 feet from Main Street and one block from Riverside Drive with sweeping Ohio River views. Our location is walkable to local points of interest.

Is smoking allowed at The Benchmark Inn?

No. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the hotel or guest suites. A $500 per day cleaning fee will be charged if guests are found to be smoking.

Does The Benchmark Inn charge a damage deposit?

No. Any damages, stolen items, or broken items that occur during the stay will be the financial responsibility of the guest, including anyone traveling with the guest. Any special cleaning due to damage will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation.

Do you serve breakfast?

No. We do not serve breakfast. Coffee, tea, and a snack assortment are available.

Do you charge for parking?

Private parking is located directly behind the building for guest convenience. Street parking is also available nearby. Please note that The Benchmark Inn is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal property. All parking is at your own risk.

Do all guest suites have private bathrooms?

Yes. All suites have private bathrooms.

Do you have security cameras?

Yes. For the safety and comfort of our guests, cameras are in place at entrances, exits, and public areas such as hallways, the lobby, and the lounge. The cameras are video only and are used to help maintain a secure environment. We respect your privacy and will never share recordings unless required by law or requested by authorities.
