We have ten guest rooms, including a two-room suite. The rooms range from gracious to cozy, each offering its own distinct personality, reflective of the area’s rich heritage.
The Benchmark Inn is a contactless check-in hotel. Upon completing the online check-in process, prior to arrival, guests will receive an entry code to access the building and their guest suite. Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM EST. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM EST.
Parkview Room 1 - 2nd Floor

The Benchmark Inn – Entire House Rental
For the ultimate getaway, book the entire Benchmark Inn and enjoy exclusive access to all 12 beautifully appointed rooms, comfortably accommodating up to 24 guests. Perfect for family gatherings, group retreats, weddings, or special events, this private rental gives you full use of the inn (excluding locked staff areas), ensuring a relaxed and personalized experience.
